Ceramic Coating Richmond

I shopped around at many different shops but only after talking to Roman did I decide to go with him. He is very passionate about his work and you can tell he is a car guy and perfectionist. My wife and I are very happy with the work that he did. Roman did an excellent job on my wife's car. Since it was already 9 years old it was showing a lot of wear and tear. We had him ceramic coat the exterior and detail the interior. I didn't except it to look brand new when he was done. It literally looks like it rolled off the showroom floor. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Definitely recommend using his services.

Roman should switch professions. Perfectionist and customer service coach. It’s business like his that makes supporting local business attractive. This man came 1-2 hours ahead of opening (work hours) and after hours on Saturday to drop and pick me at the car rental place. Constant communication throughout the application process to put my mind at ease that my baby was in good hands. Since the out of town dealership didn’t do a bang up job of detailing my car properly before delivery, Roman made sure the imperfections are ironed out before application of the Gtech crystal serum. Which was crucial for its longevity. PPF was applied as well and trust me, it is indistinguishable from the original paint. Every inch of car with product was pointed out, and imperfections he weren’t able to get out (not much). I just had my rims ceramic coated by Roman, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. It was truly a 6-star experience. Not only was the work exceptional, but Roman also took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my rims and my car in general. He has certainly earned all of my future business.
